Introducing Contactly: the contact form that finishes the conversation
Right now, on a lot of Shopify stores, a customer question goes through Shopify’s default contact form, lands in a personal Gmail inbox next to two hundred other emails, and sometimes just gets lost. Not because anyone’s careless — because there’s no system for it.
Contactly starts from that problem, not from “build a form.” Alongside a drag-and-drop builder with 30 field types — including Shopify-native pickers for products, orders, and customers — we built a shared inbox designed to make sure every conversation actually gets finished: AI summaries, spam scores, departments, saved replies, and real two-way email threading.
The storefront widget stays out of your way. It renders in a Shadow DOM, stays under 15KB gzipped, and inherits your theme’s fonts and colors — styled with CSS custom properties, never !important overrides that fight your theme. Setup is two one-time steps, usually under two minutes: turn on the embed, add the block.
And because spam protection is a trust problem, not a monetization lever, honeypot fields, rate limiting, and spam scoring are on by default — on every plan, including Free.
