1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using Contactly, you (“merchant,” “you”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2. Description of service

Contactly is a Shopify app that provides a contact form builder, a storefront widget for displaying forms, and an AI-assisted shared inbox for managing the resulting submissions.

3. Subscription and billing

Contactly is billed through Shopify’s Billing API according to the plan you select. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated by Shopify’s billing system. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or your Shopify admin.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Contactly to collect data unlawfully, to send spam, or to violate the rights of any shopper or third party. You are responsible for the content of the forms you create and for complying with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

5. AI features

Contactly’s AI features (summaries, tagging, spam scoring, and draft replies) are provided as an assistive tool. AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, and no reply is sent to a shopper without a human reviewing and approving it first. You are responsible for reviewing AI-suggested content before it is sent.

6. Intellectual property

Contactly and its underlying software remain the property of its developer. You retain ownership of the data you and your customers submit through the app.

7. Limitation of liability

Contactly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contactly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Contactly for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time.

9. Governing law
